HOW THE PARENT SCHOOL WORKS

Here’s the way THE PARENT SCHOOL works.

Couples, or single parents, or grandparents attend Family Foundation.  Family Foundation is, as the name sounds, the foundational class for THE PARENT SCHOOL.

While parents can register for any class before attending Family Foundation, it is always preferred and recommended that Family Foundation be attended early in THE PARENT SCHOOL process.

Parents continue taking classes, specific to their child’s age.  In those age-specific classes, parents are taught what to expect in terms of their child’s development, and how to consistently help guide their child’s physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual (PIES) development.

In addition to age-specific classes, THE PARENT SCHOOL offers occasional workshops on topics such as media, sexuality, peer pressure, gender issues, athletics, and countless more.

There are also support groups for parents, allowing parents to gather in an informal setting simply to share ideas, joys, frustrations, experiences and delights in guiding their child’s PIES development.
